The Dead Artists Gallery presents “The Doris Moran”

This illustration depicts the lowly tugboat with the wonderful vista of New York City in the background and the majestic ocean liners it and its sister tugs maneuver into docks. Niepling was a New York/New Jersey mid-century artist who painted in the Illustrative style.
