Oil on artist board, listed Philadelphia/New Jersey Polish-American illustrator, Walter Cichocki (1930-2017) trained at the Philadelphia Academy of Fine Arts and the Fleisher Art Memorial. As a member of the Wildlife Foundation, his passion for wildlife and marine paintings was thought inspired by his love of the Jersey shore.
