This delightful rural plein-air piece depicting the ubiquitous Mediterranean cypress avenue and silver olive orchard was found on the western coast of Spain. The artist was obviously skilled in the use of applied impasto paint. Signed and labeled, on verso, but signature not decipherable. 25 × 19 in appropriate vintage contemporary frame, $650.
