Just another Italian street artist” trying to get by”… so many European capitals populated by good artists at this time “ just trying to get by.” This one, signed lower right “Largella” was probably purchased on the Square by an American Soldier on his homeward trip to Philadelphia, where he had the painting laid down on a Gimbals canvas board and framed for his wife or parents.
